Positive: Tldr: Very well equiped, super clean flat with very comfortable queen beds, and super nice host. Access: The key was in a box with a code which provided an easy access - we didn't have to discuss arriving times with the host. Place, location: The accomodation is a house that consist 2 flats (1 on the upper and 1 on the geound floor). We rented the 2 bedroom one on the ground floor. The host lives next door. The area is super relaxed and quiet. We went there by car, but there is a train station in 10 min by walk (the train takes you to Graz in ~30 min). A spar and restaurant also by 10 min, so even without a car you can enjoy the location. Amenities: very well equipped flat! Plenty of towels, extra blanket, robes, hair dryer, salt, sugar, dishes, plates, even mosquito repellent is provided, anything you can think of. Another plus is that the beds are huge double beds which were very comfy. There is also a tv in both of the bedrooms and in the living room, and 2 huge wardrobes. Parking is available in the garden. The flat was super clean! There was a microwave, toaster and a Nespresso machine, and the host provided capsules as well. Host: Super nice lady who lives with her family next door. She is very helpful, goes above and beyond. We don't speak german, but she speaks some English so we had no issues with the communication. Baby: we travelled with a 7 months old baby. We received a cot and a high chair. The only thing that we might have needed was a baby bath tub, as there is a shower in the flat. I was comfortable with the baby crawling due to the cleaniness. Overall it is a great choice in the area, I would choose it again.

Negative: We have been there during spring, so I didn't care, but there was no aircon. However there is mosquito net on the windows, so you can open it at night.
